What’s up internet? I just thought I’d post some news from the Coalition.. First off the Black Friday fundraiser went well, with some great performances and a good turn out. Thank you to everyone who came.. thanks to you we have raised enough to get us started on this High Grade Artistry movement. That’s right, its not an album, or a tour.. It’s a movement..

Next up, our man Wills the bike whisperer has just opened a bike shop downtown at 3 South Broad. It’s open Saturday and Wednesday from 10-4. It’s a great place to get a refurbished bike for really cheap, and all proceeds go to the Boys and Girls Club. Plus, if you bring your bike in and ask for the “Internet Special” he will give you a free tune-up! (Wills: “I will?” Graham: “No, you Wills!”)

In other news our last gallery opening of the year is coming up.. its called ART HAMMER and we’re putting it together with photographer Ricardo Barros. It’s all about street art photography. More info TBA. Don’t miss it… this may be our last show at 219 for a long time.

We’re also putting together a gallery soup kitchen event around Christmas. It’s kind of early to announce but we could use some volunteers. If you’re interested in donating canned/non-perishable food or clothing, or if you are free on Dec. 21st around lunch time to help serve, please contact us at sagecoalitionnj@gmail.com.
